Tyler ISD Launches Bond Informational Website

            The Tyler Independent School District has created an informational website about the School Bond Election to be held November 4, 2008.  Several categories of information are available to voters, including the proposed projects, student growth, the estimated tax rate, frequently asked questions, and the 2004 Bond overview.

            “It is important to learn as much as possible about the future bond referendum,” said Randy Reid, Tyler ISD Superintendent of Schools.  “We encourage the voting community to exercise their right to vote.”

The deadline to become a registered voter for the November election is October 6.
