1.

Coordinates the
Student Success Initiative through ARI, AMI, OEY and 504 interventions
including allocation of campus funds, training of campus administrators
and staff, and reporting. |

2.

Serve as a liaison between campus,
district, state, and other agencies with regards to programs relating to
the Student Success Initiative, Response to Intervention, and other
student interventions to support achievement. |
|
3.
|
Assists with the design of a districtwide
Response to Intervention plan. |
|
4.
|
Assists with the development, training, and
implementation of a streamlined process for campus Student Support Teams
including forms, timelines, and process. |
|
5.
|
Consult with administrators, counselors,
teachers, community agencies, and other relevant individuals regarding
intervention programs including 504, ARI, AMI, OEY, and Response to
Intervention. |
|
6.
|
Applies research and data to improve the
content, sequence, alignment, and outcomes of the teaching / learning
process with regard to student intervention. |
|
7.
|
Assists in securing input and data to
evaluate intervention program effectiveness. |
|
8.
|
Assists in the development and
implementation of budgets related to student intervention. |
|
9.
|
Prepare reports, budgets, and program
implementation of student interventions for TEA. |
|
10.
|
Meets with administrators and grade level /
subject area teachers at the campus level to design, train, and clarify
the intervention process. |
|
11.
|
Meets with administrators and grade level /
subject area teachers at the campus level to review assessment data in
specific subject area and plan interventions to improve instruction. |
|
12. |
Coordinates with the Special Education
department with regard to the Response to Intervention and the referral
process to Special Education. |
|
13. |
Complies, maintains, files, and presents
reports, records, and other documents required. |
|
14. |
Implements the policies established by
federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board
policy; offers constructive suggestions to ensure that policies and
regulations support the teaching / learning process. |

15. |
Performs other tasks and assumes such
responsibilities as related to the position and as assigned. |
