Welcome to Science 6

   Science is all around us. It is the study of many disciplines such as astronomy, meteorology, oceanography, geology, living things, plants, animals, the human body, plus physics and chemistry. Wow, what an exciting world. Now, add the latest technology with the achievements of the past and there is no telling what can be achieved for our society. However, with each new era of advancement comes new problems and challenges! But that's ok, because that is what scientists do...they solve problems.

   I am excited to have your student in my classroom. Only time will tell what difficulties they will face in this world. Yet, I am thoroughly confident that these new scientists will boldly go where you and I have never been, and will successfully complete their task.

   I am thankful to be a part of such an exciting future with such distinguished individuals. That's why I teach!
