Moore Fundraiser Participants Celebrate in Style

 On Friday October 16^th,  one hundred and eighty excited Moore Mustangs were treated to a field trip at Green Acres Bowling with soft drinks and popcorn as an added treat.  All fundraiser participants selling seventy dollars or more earned their ticket to this bowling party.  Students participating thoroughly enjoyed the competition with their friends while learning how to keep score and how important “spares” and “strikes” are while trying to boost their bowling scores. Regardless of the score outcome, the students enjoyed the fellowship with friends and the extended lunch break away from school as their reward for working hard to support their school.  Students selling one hundred and fifty dollars or more in the fundraiser were treated to a second lunch outing with a delicious meal from the Ci Ci’s all you can eat Pizza buffet on the following Friday, October 23^rd.  Students rode to Ci Ci’s for lunch in “style” escorted personally by two chauffeurs in white stretch limos.  After lunch, all students participating were given tokens to play video games during their forty-five minute extended lunch.  Students enjoyed both lunch outings while also supporting the school in the purchase of ten, commercial grade, red picnic tables that will allow for years of student pleasure for outdoor picnic lunches and even outdoor classroom instruction during beautiful East Texas weather.  We would like to thank all students and their families for participating in these events that enhance our campus!
