Exploring Web Applications

Exploring Web Applications is an 8th grade elective. Students must have a teacher recommendation to be included in this class. The class is designed to develop the student's computer skills in Hyper Text Markup Language which is the basic code for the World Wide Web.

The students will be using the Microsoft Windows2000 operating system to develop primary computer knowledge. Browsing, Searching, and Web page construction skills in HTML 4.0 Basic programming will be offered. The students will learn how to design and construct basic web pages using the information learned in class and posting this to a web page.
