Childhood immunization services, for children 0-18, will be provided by the St. Paul's Children's Clinic located at 1350 East Richards Street in Tyler.  This clinic will offer walk-in immunizations services each Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and each Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Appointments may also be made by calling (903) 531-9441.

Adult immunizations services, for adults 18 years and older, will be offered at the Primary Care Clinic located at 928 North Glenwood in Tyler.  Please call (903) 533-7400 for additional information.
