Melissa Wynn holds a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin. In addition, Mrs. Wynn holds Reading Specialization, Art and  Kindergarten certifications. With over 23 years teaching experience, she has taught grades ranging from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Since her employment with Tyler ISD in 1985, Mrs. Wynn has served as an Elementary Teacher, Instructional Technology Trainer, Summer School Consultant, Webmaster/Troubleshooter for the Ellis Island Summer School and TARGET Lab-in-a-Bag project. She has also worked as a part-time instructor at the University of Texas at Tyler in conjunction with the TARGET grant.
